Maxum Oil Services de Panama S.A (MOSSA) began operations in Panama in 1998, as Marine Oil Service de Panama, S.A. and is Panama’s primary supplier of lubricants and marine diesel. In 2007, MOSSA purchased the Panalube blend plant from ESSO, providing complete marine lubricant logistics for all major oil companies. In addition, MOSSA has multiple bulk storage locations throughout Panama Canal Area (diesel/lubricants).

In June 2014, Belle Chasse Marine Transportation (BCMT) from Louisiana bought Maxum Oil Service de Panama, S.A.

Maxum Oil Service de Panama, S. A. provides the delivery of petroleum products and services to both Deep Draft Marine Trade and Industrial Customers. Our mission is to sustain a quality service, which exceeds the expectations of our suppliers and our customers, emphasizing punctuality, product integrity and operational conditions which are environmentally safe for all parties.
